How long until I receive my package?

Starting with order #00021 Our processing time is 5-7 business days. Business days are monday-friday, excluding federal holidays (U.S. Based).

Once your package ships, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Please keep an eye on your tracking info to follow your package home!

Are you taking custom orders?

I am certainly open to custom orders for stickers and banners alike! Please send us an email or use our contact form and we can talk about what you’d like.

Please know that the prices of custom orders may differ from the prices of the items listed on my site and will take all materials & time into consideration. Prices will be agreed upon before any invoice is due or item has begun processing.

My package is missing - what can I do?

First, I am so sorry to hear about your missing package! If your package has been marked “delivered” and is nowhere to be found, please reach out to your local Postal office or shoot us an email.

Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of the United States Postal Service there is not much we can do on our end, as it is their responsibility to see to it that you receive your order, but we can work together to find a solution.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of my products, i am not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If there is something you are unhappy with, please let me know via our contact form. I will do my very best to work through a solution with you!
